Specializing in greening car fleets, Beev now offers companies the opportunity to install electric charging stations at their employees’ homes.

Founded in 2020, the French start-up Beev has now stepped up its game by offering fleet managers a turnkey solution to allow their employees to charge their electric vehicles at home.

Expanding Home Charging

In practice, Beev offers to take care of the complete management of such a project. This includes analyzing the company’s needs, installing the charging station infrastructure, real-time monitoring of electrical consumption, as well as maintenance operations for these charging stations.

Benefits for Businesses

According to the start-up, implementing such a home infrastructure offers several benefits for fleet managers, especially in terms of cost. Indeed, this solution significantly reduces charging costs compared to a public station by taking advantage of off-peak hour pricing from the electricity provider. Additionally, companies can recover VAT on the purchase and installation of charging stations, as well as benefit from tax deductions and local subsidies.

And Their Employees

For employees, Beev highlights the time and flexibility gained, as they no longer need to find a public charging station to fill up. The start-up also emphasizes significant tax benefits, as employees can receive a tax credit of 75% of the expenses, up to 500 or 300 euros depending on the type of charging station installed at their home.

Beev Offers a Universal Charging Card

Beev has launched a roaming charging card. It is free and commission-free for its customers, and does not require a subscription. It is compatible with over 300,000 partner charging stations in Europe, as stated by the start-up.
