Fiat is tidying up the range of the Fiat 500 Electric car and revising the price range upwards by eliminating certain finishes that lowered the note. Now count 30,400 euros minimum.
As we know, the global geopolitical and health context has raised the rating for new cars in recent months. Not the kind of announcements on which car manufacturers want to communicate. We obviously followed the various successive price increases of the Tesla range. But in recent days, the configurator of the small electric Fiat 500 has been completely revised. And in addition to disappearing finishes, prices are rising.
It was our colleagues from Automobile Propre who discovered that the base price of the small zero-emission Italian city car was now 30,400 euros. Whereas before, it was 27,400 euros. An increase of 3,000 euros even though the model was displayed at 24,500 euros before a first increase made in the spring.
Exit therefore the “ Action”, “ Action Plus”, “ Icon” and “ Icon Plus”, the Fiat 500e is refocusing on the RED and Prima finishes, as well as an entry-level version simply called “New 500”.

The good news is that these finishes are now available in all body styles of the 500e, namely with the door in addition 3 +1, and as a convertible. With the exception of RED which cannot be chosen in 3 +1.
SMALL AUTONOMY AND HIGH-END NOW COMPATIBLE
Another simplification in the range of the Fiat 500e is that from now on, the two engines offered, and which remain unchanged, are offered on all bodywork and finishes.
So, whatever 500e model you’re interested in, you’ll have the choice between the 23.8 kWh battery-powered version developing 95 horsepower, and the 42 kWh battery-powered version developing 118 horsepower. This is particularly interesting for those who wanted a superior finish without needing too much power or the greatest autonomy.
MORE EXPENSIVE, BUT BETTER EQUIPPED
The increase in the price of the Fiat 500e is therefore still accompanied by additional standard equipment. Like the 10.25-inch infotainment screen now standard from the first trim level. Here are the main features of each finish:
- New 500: 10.25-inch UConnect screen, Apple CarPlay, wireless Android Auto, automatic climate control, driving aids.
- (RED): 10.25-inch UConnect system with navigation, Apple CarPlay, wireless Android Auto, automatic climate control, sanitizing glove box.
- La Prima: level 2 assisted driving, “Infinity” full LED headlamp, 10.25-inch Uconnect™ system with navigation, 17-inch two-tone alloy wheels, JBL premium audio system.
