With a length of 4.96 meters, the new ID.7 competes in size with large cars like the Porsche Taycan, BYD Han, and Tesla Model S. It features one of the largest applications of the MEB platform, shared with other electric vehicles within the Volkswagen group.
The ID.7 boasts a 77 kWh battery, provided by SK On, enabling fast charging up to 170 kW. The rear-mounted AP550 electric motor generates 286 hp and 545 Nm of torque, offering impressive performance and efficiency.
This configuration allows the ID.7 to achieve a maximum range of 616 km with a consumption of 12.5 kWh/100 km. In real-world tests, it reached 588 km under various conditions, including equipped with 20-inch wheels.
